gingerbread

can you believe it's december? i successfully resisted getting sucked into the xmas consumerism despite all the xmas stuff lining store shelves back in october!  i would wait until december.  well, that almost worked out until kai eyed a gingerbread kit at whole foods over the weekend.  he apparently really 'needed' it.  despite my arguments of why we shouldn't buy it yet (it was only november i said), we came home with the kit (created by a local bakery, kreation).  and now we can't wait to eat it all up!
