weekend pics (a day late)

instead of a chilly fall long-weekend we enjoyed a warm sunshine filled one on the island.  there was frolicking at the new neighbourhood art studio (with free ice cream!), lounge-y mornings, a gorgeous breakfast, a big slab of (amazing) salmon with all the side dishes of a turkey dinner (minus the turkey), a hike up mount douglas, playing silly games, and just lots of cozy goodness with family.
