last night we picked up a couple of pizzas, a fig and goat cheese salad, sparkling water and headed to the beach. there was some monkey in the middle shenanigans and ice cream too. i am looking forward to more such nights in the company of my in-laws. i want to hear kai laugh with his oma and opa. i want us to experience more silly shenanigans. i want to hang out and eat too much ice cream. summer nights are so good.
