no frills, toronto

last week kai and i returned from our holiday with my family in toronto.  i will have some photos to share with you tomorrow, if you'd like to drop by.



but first i want to let you know about one of the places i visited; no frills.  yes, the grocery store! 

this particular no frills belongs to my brother.  for as long as i can remember sam has worked for loblaws and after years of managing stores for them he finally bought his very own store!  so awesome, right?  i got goosebumps when i saw our family name up there on the sign; big and yellow and red :)  and, i couldn't help but giggle when i saw my brother's face blown up and on display inside the store (too funny!). 

if you live in the brampton area (or one of the neighbouring suburbs) i hope you will choose to do your grocery shopping at spataro's no frill.  and when you stop by the store give sam a great big hug from his little sis.

it happens to be his birthday today.  so, happy birthday big brother!  you are one of the funniest, most genuine, and sweetest persons i know.  all the best to you.  kai and i miss you!
