it's been a loooong two weeks without him; kai and i are so happy to have him back home with us. sure, kai and i entertained ourselves, i did a decent job of keeping us nourished, and we even trained our littlest cat, ylva, to walk over to us for some chin scratches and treats (she's still incredibly timid but making progress). having kai bunk with me was a treat too.
kai and i settled into a nice routine and i don't mind one bit that stefan will turn all of that upside down. i am lucky to be on this adventure of life with him by my side... getting groceries, taking out the garbage, fika-ing, cooking meatloaf dinners (so delish stefan!), doing the laundry, helping kai with homework, and the list goes on.
those rosemary chocolate cookies? one of my favourite treats from vancouver's beaucoup bakery. thank you stefan!
only if chocolate could fix the world... hope you had a restful and relaxing weekend.
