2017 arrived to a fanfare of delicious home-cooked foods, colourful confetti, chocolate cake with loads of whipped cream, fireworks, and the best people.
few things can make me more happy than spending time with good friends, ones you can trust, share experiences, and not to forget, have fun with. i enjoyed every moment of it and feel so grateful to have them in our life. so many wonderful memories to carry with us.

the next day...
we awoke to sunshine, a fabulous breakfast, lounging and chatting in our pjs, a cold walk in the forest just before the sun set, and finishing up all the cake... there is no other way i would rather start the new year.
