a botanical supper at rosendals trädgård

we are huge fans of eating well, and when it's farm to table, even better.  and, we love rosendals trädgård and their environment.  so when we found out rosendals trädgård's chef would host eight london and four stockholm chefs at his greenhouse cafe, we jumped on board.  rosendals trädgård's eye for aesthetic and their interest in seasonal food and interesting, delicious dishes pulled us in from the first moment we arrived in stockholm and it continues to be our favourite place.  i love it when people put so much effort and energy into their work.

it was a warm spring evening and when we arrived guests were having drinks and appetizers in front of the greenhouse.  inside, the set up was magical and we so enjoyed the wonderful scene.  we sat down at 8 and said goodbye at 12:30.  the night was long, the food was so good, the wine perfect, and the company was very nice (we chatted with a sweet swedish couple who married just the year before at rosendals trädgård and they sat in the exact same spot they did then, so cute).

i can get used to botanical suppers :)
