stockholm weekend pics, christmas markets

we had a couple of christmas-y weekends...

* cooking for friends and playing boards games
* visiting the xmas market in gamla stan where kai enjoyed a swedish waffle
* dancing around the christmas tree at the skansen market and drinking glögg to stay warm (-5 degrees celsius)
* mingling with new and old friends at a glögg and pepparkokar open house
* picking out our xmas tree at mariatorget
* another night enjoying aperitifs with more good friends

next weekend is all about christmas, the swedes celebrate on the 24th and while we will open gifts and feast on the 25th, we will definitely partake in the swedish buffet dinner tradition (herring!) on christmas eve.

sunday and monday will be good days, happy holidays everyone :)
