on the first weekend of april, we continue to stay close to home, not venturing too far.
1. we order online! stefan stocked up on coffee beans while i bought a new platter! nordic nest sells scandinavian products with free shipping, yes, please!
2. lots of lounging happening :)
3. to prep for easter, i ventured into södermalm to pick up feathers and my favourite little almond easter eggs from anthon berg; they taste just like the little almonds served at italian weddings!
4. ylva!
5. with the leftover naan bread, from our indian street food dinner, in the morning, stefan made us scrambled curry eggs just like they did at rubina on granville island in vancouver. it's not on their menu but if you go early and ask for their bombay eggs, you won't be disappointed. you're welcome :)
p.s they have since changed their name while we've been living in stockholm, they are now called curry 2u.
6. champagne, just because!
7. loki is always with us... playing board games, while we are trying to fix the sofa, and hanging out with kai while he does schoolwork.
8. pizza from sebastian, swoon.
9. we didn't realize that ylva was locked out on the balcony! loki was meowing and pawing at the door. love.
10. both kai and i cooked, giving stefan a break! i made veggie soup and added sausage to kai's bowl; it's one of his favourite things that i make (makes me happy). kai made soy noodles with chicken! not too bad, if i say so myself :)
i hope you are having a good start to april, considering all that is going on.
