btw, happy august

half way through the summer and, all in all, the season's been sweet.  august for us vancouverites is usually the sunniest and summeriest but july did very well.  here are a few photos from an after work/camp beach visit my little family of three had a few weeks ago.  there was take-out pizza and bocce, digging holes and a dip in the icy ocean.  it was lovely to sit on the beach until 9pm with the sun still shining and the littlest of us happily running about in sand and water.  we are lucky, us three, to call vancouver home.
