scratch map

how fun is this scratch map?  you scratch off the places you've been with a penny!  when stefan was in london a few months back, i sent him to pedlars to pick it up for me. i came across the london store from one of the home decor magazines.  browsing their website, the scratch map caught my eye. 

well, i finally had it mounted and is now up on the wall.  kai and i spent time scratching away the countries we have all visited, individually or as a family.  when we were all done it appeared we hadn't traveled as much as we thought!  it is a big wide world out there.  kai and i are now fixated on visiting a really big country so that we can scratch it off. we are thinking about travelling to brazil or russia for our next vacation but stefan may have other ideas.
