kai: these primary coloured blocks are for keeps; kai has had them since he was a babe. i love that he doesn't find them too childish. last night, kai and his dad each created their own village with said blocks... cannons, soldiers, towers, secret weapons, etc. over the course of an hour, as they caused damage to each others' villages, the blocks would slowly disappear until a winner was declared. kai assured me that the civilians were moved out before the attacks began :)
